The Insight Group has 3 call centres world wide and employs more than 250 staff - in Sydney, Perth and Manila, the Philippines.
- Sydney call centre with 100 agent stations undertaking over 10,000 agents hours of telemarketing in fundraising projects per month. Over $20 million in fundraising products are sold each year
- Perth call centre for inbound customer service and inbound sales. The Perth call centre undertakes 5000 agent hours of production per month
- One offshore call centre in The Philippines for outbound calling on fundraising projects
